Water kefir grains are small, translucent, gelatinous clusters composed of symbiotic bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) that ferment sugar water into a fizzy, probiotic-rich beverage similar to kombucha but dairy-free, and caffeine free. They multiply during fermentation and can be reused indefinitely to produce tangy, effervescent drinks flavored with fruits or herbs. Please do not use tap water. Either filtered, spring or alkaline is best!

A Jun SCOBY is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast used to ferment sweetened green tea with raw honey into Jun, a fizzy, probiotic-rich beverage similar to kombucha but milder and honey-based. It appears as a thick, creamy-white, pancake-like disc and can be reused indefinitely. Compared to regular kombucha, Jun offers a smoother, less acidic taste, ferments faster (3-7 days vs. 7-14 days), and uses raw honey, which may provide additional antimicrobial and antioxidant benefits. Its green tea base also delivers higher levels of L-theanine, promoting relaxation without caffeine jitters. Please do not use tap water. Either filtered, spring or alkaline is best!
