Since 2013, I’ve crafted Jun and water kefir to support my family’s health, inspired by the profound connection between gut health and overall well-being—enhancing mood, energy, and vitality for ourselves and those we cherish.

In 2020, when the pandemic closed my personal training business, I seized the opportunity to establish Gud Bru. Recognizing that immunity is our greatest defense, I created a line of fermented beverages that serve as the ideal vehicle for herbal medicine. With over 20 years in the fitness industry and a decade in mixology, I bring a unique perspective to wellness. As a trainer for physicians at LifeTime Work and an instructor of joint health, mobility, and self-defense at NW Women’s Gym, I witness firsthand the toll modern lifestyles take on physical and mental health.
